Qld: Two arrested over bus line fraud
BRISBANE, Dec 6 AAP - Queensland police investigating a fraud at Toowoomba-based McCafferty's
bus lines today arrested and charged two men.
Police said the fraud occurred over a period of five years and involved an amount of
$4.1 million.
They said a 54-year-old man from Toowoomba, west of Brisbane, and a Brisbane man, 41,
had each been charged with 11 counts of fraud.
The men would appear in the Toowoomba Magistrates Court on December 21, police said.
